Pricing FAQ

Is Iotplace free for startups?

Signup and Scale/Partnership applications are free. PoC project applications require a one-time application fee (via Stripe). Mission payout arrives when the enterprise releases escrow funds.

When does the enterprise pay?

When you accept a startup application, Iotplace automatically generates a Stripe invoice. Payment puts funds in escrow until you validate the mission is complete.

What is the commission rate?

10% on each signed mission for Free plans, deducted at fund release. Enterprise Pro reduces this to 7% with unlimited projects.

How does escrow work?

Funds are held securely after invoice payment. The startup is paid via Stripe Connect only when the enterprise confirms delivery — protecting both parties.

Can I try Iotplace without paying?

Yes. Sign up free, publish one project (enterprise) or apply to missions (startup). Commission applies only when a mission is actually signed and paid.
